Weather Questions?
We always open for our customers, even if the weather is not perfect. Our upper deck is covered and our downstairs is fully enclosed. In the rare occurence of a hurricane or other major storm, we may have to close and if we do, then we inform you in advance by email. Like a baseball game, our tickets are non-refundable. You can reschedule a ticket up to 5 days in advance for a $10 processing fee. After that, tickets cannot be rescheduled but you can give your ticket to another person.
