Later Night Guests:
Having a great time aboard the Honorable William Wall? Keep going! Here are the later night transportation options:
1) PATH – Trains run from Grove Street to Manhattan 24 hours a day. Get off the Admirals Launch at Surf City. The Grove Street stop is only a 10 minute walk straight up Marin Blvd after leaving Surf City. This is a great option for guests returning to mid/upper Manhattan with a PATH line running up 6th Ave, connecting to the subway at multiple stops. There is also a short line to the Word Trade Center. Here is a PATH line map.
2) UBER – Most guests are now taking Uber/Lyft back to Manhattan because the price is usually less than the ferry when split by 4 people. There are lots of Uber/Lyft cars in Jersey City. Ride the launch back to Surf City where a car can be ordered easily.
3) NY Waterways Ferry from Paulus Hook to World Financial Center – Get off the Admiral’s Launch at Warren Street. From here it is a 12 minute walk to the Paulus Hook Ferry Terminal. This ferry runs every 12 minutes from 8:30 p.m. until 10:54 pm on weekdays. On Saturdays, this ferry runs every 15 minutes, with the final departure at 8:45 pm. You can buy a $6 ticket at the ferry terminal or by using the NY Waterways smartphone app.
4) NY Waterways Ferry from Surf City to Pier 11 Wall St – This weekday only ferry runs every 15 minutes until 9:50 pm. The departure pier is in the parking lot of Surf City. To ride this ferry, you need to purchase a $7 ticket through your smartphone NY Waterway app.
